Tench Tilghman Elementary School- Parent Liason

A committed long-term community activist/leader currently responsible for the linkages between school, home and community. For nearly thirty years she has given with tireless energy as a community
other and service provider to youth, teens, young adults and the elderly. Mrs. Bond has operated food pantries, provided support to youth worker programs, and participated in survey for Adolescents Clinic. She is a proud mother, devoted wife, educator and community activist who brings a refreshing perspective to this board. Thelma has always gravitated to a good challenge and sees her role on the Board as that of an advocate for the quality of life her community deserves.
